Mr. B. R. Kanitkar is a distinguished agronomy and plant pathology expert with nearly 60 years of experience in agricultural research and crop management. He earned his M.Sc. in Plant Pathology from Nagpur University, Nagpur (1967) and built an illustrious 37-year career with leading organizations including ICI, ACCI, IEL, and Zeneca, contributing significantly to agronomic research, crop nutrition, and sustainable farming practices.

A trusted mentor to Anshuman Industries since 1988, and actively associated with the company since 2012, Mr. Kanitkar has played a pivotal role in product development, field research, and scientific validation. His decades of expertise continue to guide the development of innovative, research-driven solutions such as SoilSoul O, reinforcing the company's commitment to sustainable agriculture and long-term farmer prosperity.

Mr. Ramakant Gole is a distinguished agronomy expert with over 20 years of experience in crop management, precision agriculture, and sustainable farming. His extensive expertise covers crop nutrition, irrigation management, crop protection, and yield optimization across a wide range of crops.

During his tenure at Netafim, a global leader in irrigation and agricultural technology, Mr. Gole played a key role in promoting modern farming practices and efficient water management. His international experience in Tanzania and Malawi further strengthened his ability to develop practical, region-specific agronomic solutions for diverse farming conditions.

Committed to farmer success, Mr. Gole combines scientific knowledge with hands-on field experience to help growers improve productivity, crop quality, and resource efficiency. His technical expertise and farmer-centric approach continue to support sustainable agriculture and long-term farming prosperity.
